Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping across India. For international orders, please visit our international website https://www.studioverandah.com.

Please note that we require a day to process your order, which will then reach you in 3-5 business days post processing. If you have paid for a pre-order, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery (or as otherwise indicated).

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery (courier charges to be borne by the customer). In the unlikely case that the item you have received is damaged or the wrong item, you will receive a full refund. Please contact us at customerservice@studioverandah.com to initiate an exchange or return.

For all returns, please note that we will only accept unused, unworn garments that have the tags and packaging intact. The brand reserves the right to accept or reject returns based on return quality checks and policy. For swimwear, exchanges and returns will not be accepted if the hygiene label has been removed. Our policy is applicable only for online orders, including items on pre-order and promotion. SALE items cannot be exchanged except for swim styles which can be exchanged for size subject to availability (same style only).

For refunds, once initiated, please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed and funds to be credited to the end user account.
